Uploading Images

After your inventory is uploaded, you can then start to upload Certificates, Sarin Reports, and/or Photographs for any or all of the diamonds in your inventory.

To upload your images, you simply go to Administration and then to the Upload Image page (shown below), enter your stock number, and then click on the Browse buttons (or just type in the full path and filename) for each image that you want to upload.

The images will be uploaded to VirtCert.com and linked to your diamonds in our database.

You simply repeat the process for each set of images that you want to upload.

We prefer that you upload either JPG or GIF files, but we also support PDF (Adobe Acrobat) files as well.
