If you maintain your
own inventory of diamonds that you sell, you can upload your inventory
to VirtCert.
Once you have uploaded
your inventory, you can control what other companies can include your
inventory in their "Selling Inventory."
If you do not maintain
your own inventory of stones, you do not have to upload anything,
you can simply specify which companies you want to deal with and combine
each of their inventories into your "Selling Inventory."
Once you have a Membership,
you can go to the Administration Page and Click on "Upload Your
Diamond Inventory" to put your current inventory on to VirtCert.com.
After entering your password, you will see a screen like this:
You can simply click
on the BROWSE... button, select the file to upload, and then click
the "Click Here to Upload This File" button, and your file
is on it's way to VirtCert.com.
All the Upload File
Specifications will be entered for you by VirtCert.com's technical
staff after you have provided us with a sample of your inventory file,
so you don't have to worry about any of the technical mumbo-jumbo
associated with getting your file to us.
After your file is uploaded,
it will be automatically checked for any errors or mistakes.
Any problems will be displayed on-screen immediately for your review.
You can then decide
if you want to correct any problems or just install the file as-is.
Once you choose to install
the file as your active database, you will get another page summarizing
your changes and your file will now be online.
Anyone who has access
to your inventory will now get the updated information, IMMEDIATELY!
If someone does a search on your data just one second after you have
updated it, they will get the new inventory.
